Overview

This documentation talks about how to use DeepHow Know-How Video App. Once the application is installed in your account, all Zoom meetings recorded in Zoom Cloud will be uploaded into DeepHow as a workflow.

In addition, the app allows to upload existing Zoom meetings recorded by the user into DeepHow as new workflows.

Prerequisites

1. Pro, Business or Enterprise Zoom account.
2. Cloud recording enabled.
3. DeepHow account with Publisher role at least.

Installing DeepHow Know-How Video App

DeepHow Know-How Video App is a user-level application, which is installed by individual users and requires authentication on behalf of each user.

To install DeepHow Know-How Video App:

1. Browse to the Zoom Marketplace website and login with your credentials.
2. Search for DeepHow Know-How Video App and press in Add.
